As the IT Group Services department expanded, I transitioned into an IT Project Manager role, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects across multiple Demant companies. I led a team of five and successfully delivered initiatives including global application deployments (ERP, CRM/Sales Pipeline, and eCommerce), modernization of legacy applications through custom solutions where required, regulatory standardization, and enterprise IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.

• Directed systems integration initiatives across multiple sub-brands, ensuring alignment with global technology standards.
• Led the implementation of standardized global ERP and CRM solutions across three organizations, improving operational consistency and business processes.
• Led the alignment of Service Desk operations with the global IT service management platform, standardizing support processes and enhancing service delivery.
• Led client infrastructure projects across the North American Diagnostics division, overseeing application deployment, endpoint configuration, and client technology standardization.

Audioscan was acquired by Demant in late 2020, becoming part of a global hearing healthcare and audio technology group headquartered in Denmark. As part of the integration, I was a founding member of the newly established IT Group Services team. In this role, I helped expand IT and application support beyond Audioscan to include Demant sales companies and manufacturing organizations across North America.

• Mentored junior analysts and Service Desk staff, providing technical guidance, coaching, and escalation support.
• Served as the primary escalation point for high priority incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing long term solutions.
• Continued the development and enhancement of custom healthcare applications, supporting business operations, improving system functionality, and enabling healthcare technology advancements.

Audioscan is a global manufacturer of hearing aid verification equipment based in the Greater London area. During my tenure, I managed the server and client infrastructure, led technical projects, and developed and maintained clinician software that bridged industry data standards with medical device output while ensuring compliance with stringent medical regulatory requirements.

• Managed the procurement, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, supporting both Windows and Linux server and client environments.
• Administered and maintained corporate business applications, including ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user support.
• Evaluated, designed, and implemented new technology solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Oversaw software licensing, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives across enterprise application portfolios.
• Ensured compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements by developing and maintaining IT policies, processes, and controls.
• Designed and developed custom applications, APIs, and system integrations to support business operations and healthcare technology solutions while establishing data standards to improve interoperability and data quality.
